Who are the ‘saints’ of your faith? Who in your life has taught you about God and what it means to have faith? The theme for August 8th is “Living Into the Promise.” People of the Hebrew Bible like Abraham were promised a place of their own and many heirs to their faith {Gen. 15}. Though they never saw these promises realized, they kept on living their lives trusting God’s promises would be fulfilled.
