Sunday School begins on September 18th after worship about 10:45 to 11:30 a.m. Children and youth are encouraged to remain in worship; we value their participation! There is a youth-staffed nursery available for any families who need it during worship.
For Adult learners during Sunday School: “Confessing the Beatitudes” an 8-week study of the Beatitudes as they might have been heard when Jesus spoke them.
Join us starting January 10, 2012 on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 a.m. for Living The Questions DVD series. We’ll be continuing into the summer with this informative and interesting series. Call the church office for a current schedule – 507-263-2901.

Join us for bowling at Treasure Island on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. This will be a fundraiser for the youth Work Camp trip in the summer of 2012. Suggested donations are $10 per person or $25 per family; shoes included.

The church’s annual Children’s Christmas program will be Sunday, December 18th during worship. Several of our older youth are writing a modern version of ‘The Nativity’ for the younger ones to sing and act! You won’t want to miss this. Following worship and fellowship, we’ll carpool to Twin Rivers Assisted Living and Angel’s Care Center to sing Christmas carols for the residents. Anyone is welcome to join us!
The Cannon Falls community is hosting its 3rd Annual packing event on Saturday, November 19th at Cannon Falls high school 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There are 500 + youth and adults signed up but there is always a need for more $$. Each nutrition-packed meal costs 24 cents for the food items and shipping across the world.
The Cannon Falls mobile packing event hopes to pack 100,000 meals. YOU can help by donating to Feed My Starving Children at fmsc.org.
Halloween Hayride, anyone? Join us on Sunday, October 30th after Sunday school for a Halloween Party complete with hayride, food, games, and prizes!!! This is an annual event that gets more fun each year. Contact us for more information.
We have a group of 6th through 12th graders who are planning a work camp mission trip to Parsons, Kansas in July 2012. If you are interested in participating in this trip, please contact us! There may be room for more!!
